Backordered/Out of stock Items:

We do not backorder out of stock items. We will notify you when we confirm order payment if we are out of stock on an item before you proceed with the order. Out of stock items therefore need to be reordered when you place your next order with us.

Method of Payment:

Currently, we accept VISA, MASTER CARD. At this time we do not offer credit terms.


We Want You To Be Satisfied! We do our best to supply quality products; however, if you receive a defective product please notify our customer service department immediately.
We will replace it or refund your money, it is your choice.

Returns Policy:

If you have ordered incorrectly for any reason, you may return it to us in new condition and in its original packaging with the full contents within 10 days of the received date for a refund or product exchange. The Buyer is responsible for return freight charges.

We do not accept returns for incorrectly ordered goods after 10 days. All returns for this reason incur a 20% restock fee.

Before sending a return, please contact us for a return authorization number and details of where to return the package to. All Requests must be in writing to: sales@coatedabrasives.com.au

No Returns will be accepted without an authorization code.

It is the customers responsibility to inspect all of the merchandise upon arrival for any unsatisfactory items or damages. If your items appear to be damaged in transport of shipment, if possible, notify your driver before you sign for your items, then contact us immediately.

Custom Order Return Policy: (Products we have made especially for you)

Once custom orders are made, they can not be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect.
