COMPOUNDS
White Bar = Hyperfin: Suitable for all metals, including stainless steel. For high brightness, colour & final finish. Good cutting action.
Black Bar: Steel Cutting Compound. Used for first cut & flattening on steels (rough polishing of steel). Removal of scratches, rust & paint.
Brown Bar = Tripoli: Combined cutting & finishing compound for soft metals only. Suitable for aluminium, brass, copper and zinc diecast.
Green Bar = Green Chrome: For stainless steel. For mirror finishing with minimal cut. Best used after a perfect cutting or pre polishing operation.
Stearine Wax: Anti-loading.

LOOSE LEAF CALICO MOPS
Material: Made from selected discs of cotton sheeting joined by 1 circle of sewing around the hole.
50 Fold = Approx. 25mm wide.
Application: A harder grade of loose polishing wheel which is commonly used as an alternative to white stitch mops.
For high quality polishing. Very popular for precious metals.

STITCHED RAG MOPS
Material: Cotton fabric.
1 Section = Approximately 12mm wide.
Application: Versatile cutting mops used for general polishing.
Stitched mop can be used for 1st stage polishing on soft metals, brass, copper etc. or for 2nd stage polishing on hard metals.

SISAL MOPS
Material: High grade cotton sheeting with tough continuous spiral sewing.
1 Section = Approximately 12mm wide.
Application: These dependable long wearing wheels are suited for general purpose shop use, particularly coarse buffing.
These are very fast cutting & hard, & are particularly useful for 1st stage heavy duty mopping operations on steel & non-ferrous metals.

FLAP DISCS - Zirconia - 5 degree angled faced
Material: Stainless steel, mild steel, aluminium etc. with low heat generation.
Application: Excellent weld grinding, rust removal, surface prep, deburring, blending, paint removal & edge grinding.
Flap discs are the perfect choice for light to medium applications.
They are less aggressive than fibre discs providing a finer finish & shallower scratch pattern on the work area.
